Attorney Bio (Limit 200 words) – Attorney Dan Gurtner is an attorney specializing in all matters related to domestic relations and family law as well as estate and probate law.  He has over 14 years experience and has served as a presenter at numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars. 

A graduate of The Ohio State University and Capital University Law School, prior to joining Parks and Meade, LLC, Mr. Gurtner practiced as a solo practitioner and in several firms.  Mr. Gurtner is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio as well as federally in the Southern District of Ohio. 

Mr. Gurtner’s primary focus has always been on his clients.  He is committed to maximizing his clients’ satisfaction and ensuring that he always fights for their interests.  Mr. Gurtner has always believed the key to success depends on knowing “the whole story”.  Every case presents its own unique circumstances, and every case has its own unique solutions. 

Mr. Gurtner serves as the membership co-chair for the American Inns of Court, Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer Chapter; an organization dedicated to advancing the rule of law through professionalism, ethics, civility and excellence. 

In his free time, Mr. Gurtner enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, reading, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes!
