A veteran of Criminal Law, Darren’s career spans nearly 30 years as Prosecutor, Public Defender and Criminal Defense Attorney. His energy, tenacity, intelligence, quick-wit and experience give him an edge over most attorneys. He has tried hundreds of jury trials and even argued (successfully!) in front of the Ohio Supreme Court.

Kelly began his work as an attorney in the Public Defender field and quickly worked his way into the Private Practice of Family Law. His exacting, hard, negotiating skills make him the perfect advocate for you and your family’s needs. He alleviates the stress of handling difficult arguments and navigating the confusing court system in order to achieve your family’s goals.​

Since earning his Juris Doctorate from the Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law, Attorney Becker has acquired the knowledge and expertise necessary to effectively fight for his clients, even in the face of the numerous advantages our legal system provides to prosecutors.  As a former prosecutor, who had already handled hundreds of cases before becoming a defense attorney, Attorney Becker understands how prosecutors think, the tactics they use, and how to defend against them.  Attorney Becker’s intelligence, dedication, tenacity, insight into the prosecution playbook, methodical attention to detail, and negotiating abilities make him a highly effective advocate, as well as one uniquely well-equipped to defend your rights.
